Finely Sliced Green Chilies 4
Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Lemons 2
Fresh Cream 1 packet
Oil   ½ cup

Garam Masala 1 tsp
Surakh mirch kuti hui 1 tbsp
Adrak Lahsan Paste 1 tbsp
Namak hasb e zaiqa
Bhuna aur kutta hua safaid zeera 1 tbsp
Dhaniya katta hua 1 tbsp
Sabz mirch katti hui 4
Adrak bareek kata hua 2 tbsp
Lemo 2
Taza cream 1 packet
Tail   ½ cup
Cooking Methods
Direction In English
In a pan add boneless chicken pieces, onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed red chilies and white cumin and cook it. When chicken is done and water evaporates then add oil and cook it. Then add green chilies, chopped ginger and lemon juice and cook more. Then add fresh cream and put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Add green coriander and serve white chicken boneless handi.
