Ingredients for vegetable cutlets

2 Potato
2 Carrot
Peas  1/4 cup
Onion  1/2 sliced
green chilly 1 chopped
Garam Masala 1/2 tbsp
Mint chopped as required
Ginger garlic paste  1/2 tbsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep frying
bread crumbs 2 slices
Fine flour 2tbsp

2 Gajar
Matar  1/4 cup
Payaz  1/2 sliced
sabz mirch 1 chopped
Garam Masala 1/2 tbsp
Podina chopped hasb e zrurt
Adrak lahsan paste  1/2 tbsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Tail for deep frying
bread crumbs 2 slices
Maida 2tbsp
Cooking Methods

Pressure cook all the vegetables together and mashed it. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and ginger/garlic paste. Once  it is done add the green chillies and turmeric and garam masala and mix everything together and cook for 1 mins. Now add the mashed vegetables and salt and the chopped mint(3 0r 4 leaves). Don’t add water to it. Allow it cook for 3-4 mins. Now remove it from fire. Make small lemons size balls from the mixture. Make a batter fine flour and little water. Now dip each piece one by one in the flour batter. And then roll it in the bread crumbs and flatten the balls and deep fry vegetable cutlets in the hot oil.

Tamam sabziyon ko pressure cook kr lain aur mash kr lain. 1 tbsp tail ko pan mai heat krain. Adrak lahsan paste aur payaz ko daal kr bhoonain. Sabz mirch, haldi aur garm masala dalain aur 1 minute k liye bhoonain. Mash ki hui sabziyan shamil krain. Namak aur podina daal kr pakain. Pani shamil na krain. 3 sai 4 minutes k liye pakain. Phr thanda kr k balls bna lain. Maiday mai thora sa pani daal kr batter banlain. balls ko pehlay is mai dip krain phr breabcrumbs lgain. Balls ko flat kr lain. Vegetable cutlets ko deep fry krain.
