Cooking Method for Tamarind Beef
Direction In English
Soak the tamarind for a night. Strain and save the liquid.
Put tamarind, tomato paste, ginger/garlic paste, salt and onion in blender and blend it.
Fry cumin and coriander seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves, in oil.
Add the beef cubes in spices and fry until the meat is brown.
Add chilies, all spices, tamarind mixture and reserved tamarind liquid and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve Tamarind Beef with sauce.
