Bina hadi k gosht 300 gm
Cornflour 2 tsp

For Sauce
Sirka 1/2 cup
Cheeni
tamatar 3/4 cup
yakhni 1 cup
Soya suace 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp

Cooking Method of Sweet and Salty Meat
Direction In English
Apply salt to undercut.
Heat the oil. Paste egg on the meat and then dip in corn flour and fry the heated oil.
Make cubes of capsicum and spring onion.
Fry onion and garlic inoil and add fried spring onion and capsicum in it. Then add pineapple.
Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, sugar, salt, corn flour and vinegar in it.
Cook it for 10 minutes and then add meat in it.
When the gravy got mixed, serve it with sauce,

Oil garam kar k gosht ko anday mai dibo k corn flour laga k fry kar lain.
Shimla mirch aur kari pyaz ko kaat k rakh lain.
2 spn oil garam kar k us mai lehson aur pyaz fry kar lain. Ab us mai hari pyaz aur shimla mirch daal dain.
Tamato ketchup soya sauce corn flour namak aur sirka mix kar k gosht py daal dain aur 5 mint tak paka k paysh karain. Sweet and Salty Meat garm garm paish krain.
