Baking powder 1 tbsp

Corn flour mixed in water
Sesame k beej ka oil 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Kali mirch 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Cooking Method of Steamed Chicken Buns
Direction In English
Mix salt, vinegar and baking powder in flour and knead it well. Set it aside for 3 hours.
Fry onion in oil and add ginger garlic paste in it. Fry for a minute. Then add minced chicken in it. And cook at high flame.
Now add soya sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt and sesame oil in it and fry chicken again.
Add corn flour in it to make gravy.
Roll the roll in form of chapatti and cut in round shape.
Put chicken mixture in center of round shape and make bun like shape.
Cook the buns in steamer for 20 minutes and serve hot with spicy sauces.

Namak, sirka aur baking powder ko mayday mai mix kar k achi tarha gondh lain aur dhak k 3 ghantay k liye rakh dain.
Pyaz ko oil mai fry kar k us mai adrak lehson ka paste shamil kar lain aur phi res mai chicken ka qeema shamil kar taiz anch py paka lain. Ab es mai soya sauce, oyster sauce, kali mirch, namak aur sesame ka oil daal k chicken ko achi tarha fry kar lain. Ab es mai corn flour b shamil kar lain taa k garha ho jae. Mayday ko bail k gol shape kaat lain. Us mai darmiyan mai chicken mixture rakh k bun ki shape mai lapait lain. Steamer mai 20 minute tak steam mai paka lain aur chatni k sath garam garam peysh karain.
