Heat the oil and cook the potatoes in it until they get soft. Add onion and capsicum and cook for few minutes. Whisk eggs, milk, coriander, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add cooked vegetables in eggs and mix it. Now pour this egg mixture in pan and cook it from both sides until gets golden. Your Spanish omelette is ready to serve.

Pan mai andon ka mixture daalain aur dono sides sai halka brown kr lain aur paish krain. Spanish omelette paish krnay k liye tyar hai.
