Sindhi Gosht

Ingredients for Sindhi gosht

Boneless meat or beef 1 kg
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Onions chopped 2
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Dry coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Vinegar 3/4 cup
Zeera powder 1 tbsp

Bina hadi k gosht 1 kg
Namak
Pyaz 2
Mirch powder 1 tbsp
Sokha dhaniya 1 tbsp
Adrak lehson ka paste 2 tbsp
Sirka 3/4 cup
Zeera powder 1 tbsp
Cooking Method of Sindhi gosht
Direction In English
Cook the meat in little water till it tender. Add 1-cup oil in it.
Cook well until oil comes out.
Add saunf 1 tbsp, crushed red chilies 1 tbsp, and 1/4 cup water.
Cook it for a few minutes.
Serve Sindhi gosht with salad and sauce.
