Ingredients for shami kabab

Mince meat 250 gm ( hand-made)
Gram lentil 1 cup (soak in water)
Potato 1 (boiled)
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Whole red chilli 6
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Garlic cloves 4
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Oil for frying
In Roman Urdu
gosht ka qeema 250 gm ( hath ka bna hua)
Chano ki daal 1 cup (pani mai bhegi hui)
Aaloo 1 (ubla hua)
Zeera 1/2 tsp
sabat Dhaniya 1 tsp
Surakh mirch sabat 6
Namak 1 tsp
Anda 1
Lahsan ka juwa 4
taza dhaniya 2 tbsp
Podina 2 tbsp
Sabz mirch 2
Garam Masala 1 tsp

Cooking Methods

In a pan put minced meat, gram lentil soaked ,cumin seeds,whole coriander, whole red chilli, salt and garlic cloves,boil on low flame with 2 glass of water. When all ingredients are tender and the water has been completely absorbed. Remove from stove, let it cool. Then add boiled potato in it and chop the mixture in a chopper. Now add egg, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and garam masala, mix well. Make kebabs and fry 3-4 kababs at a time to a rich brown color, turning them once. Serve shami kabab with chutni and pulao.

Qeema, chanay ki daal, zeera, sabat dhaniya, sabat surakh mirch, namak aur lahsan ko ak pan mai daalain. 2 cup pani daal kr halki aanch pr pakain. Jb pani khushk ho jaye aur tamam ajza gal jayein tou aanch bnd kr dain. Thanda honay k liye rakh dain. Ubla hua aaloo shamil krain. Tamam ajza ko chopper mai daal kr chop kr lain. Anda, sabz dhaniya, podina, haree mirch aur garam masala shamil krain. Achi trha mix krain. Kabab ki shakal bna lain aur 4 kabab ak waqt mai pain mai fry krain. Jb brown ho jaye dono trf sai tou nikal lain. Shami kabab ko chutni aur pulao k sath paish krain.
