Turnip leaves 1 kg
Spinach 1/2 kg
Maize flour  1 tbsp
Salt
Oil 3 tbsp
Ginger 100 gm
Garlic cloves 100 gm

Makkai ka atta 1 tbsp

Cooking Method of Shaljam kaa saag
Direction In English
Add turnip leave and spinach in one cup of water and let them cook till the water dries.
Fry the flour in pan for 1 minute.
Now grind turnip leaves and spinach. Fry garlic ginger and green chilies in oil and pour it in the blended mixture of turnip leaves and spinach.
Add one spoon of butter and serve Shaljam kaa saag with bread.

1 cup pani mai shaljam ka saag aur palak daal k paka lain. Jab tak pani khusk na ho jaye.
Attay ko kuch minute k liye tavay py bhoon lain.
Saag aur palak ko koot lain aur aik handi mai daal lain.Adrak lehson aur hari mirchain oil mai fry kar k saag mai daal lain. Aik spoon makhan daal k roti k sath peysh karain.
