Ingredients for roasted potatoes

Small Potatoes 15
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Flour 1 tblsp
Garlic 2 tblsp, chopped
Coriander 2 tblsp, chopped
Olive oil 3 tblsp
Salt as needed
Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp

Aaloo 15, chotay
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Maida 1 tblsp
Lahsan 2 tblsp, chopped
Dhaniya 2 tblsp, chopped
Zaitoon ka tail 3 tblsp
Namak hasb e zrurt
Surkh Mirch 1 tsp, kutti hui
Oregano 1 tsp

Wash potatoes, halved them and boil them for two minutes in salted water. Drain water and in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and some salt except oil and red pepper. In a baking dish add oil and potatoes. Bake on 220 deg. C for 40 minutes. Change their side once. When roasted potatoes baked, add red pepper flakes on it and serve hot.

Aaloo ko dho kr darmiyan sai kaat lain. Pani mai namak daal kr 2 minutes k liye boil krain. Pani nikal lain aur ak bowl mai tail aur mirch k ilawa tamam ajza shamil krain. Baking tray mai tail aur aaloo daal kr 40 minutes k liye 20 degree C pr bake krain. Darmiyan mai ak dafa us ki side change kr lain. Jb  roasted potatoes bake ho jaye tou surkh mirch daal kr paish krain.
