Paste salt and pepper on lamb.
Heat the oil and fry the meat from both sides.Then cook the lamb in oven at 200 degree for 15 minutes.Blend red chili with olive oil and make gravy of it after adding salt and pepper.
Now add salt and pepper in potato and make small pieces of the mixture.Add them to the meat and pour the sauce over the meat and potato.Serve it well.
