Ingredients for Rasmalai

1 cup milk powder
2 tbsp Fine flour
1 egg beaten
3-4 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 liter milk
1 cup sugar
almonds and pistachio 1/4 cup
In Roman Urdu
1 cup doodh ka powder
2 tbsp maida
1 anda phainta hua
3-4 tbsp tail
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 liter doodh
1 cup cheeni
badam aur pista 1/4 cup

Mix milk powder, egg, fine flour, oil and baking powder. When mixed make balls. Boil the milk in a wok and add sugar. Boil for 10 minutes until thick. Add the balls. Cook for 5 minutes and place at a cool place. Garnish Rasmalai with pistachio and almonds and serve.

Khushk doodh, anda, maida, tail aur baking powder ko mix krain. Jb mix ho jaye chotay balls bna lain. Doodh ko ubal lain sath hi cheeni bhi shamil kr lain. 10 minutes tk pakain. Balls shamil kr k 5 minute k liye mazeed pakain aur thanda kr lain.Rasmalai mai pista aur badaam daal kr paish krain.
