Cooking Method of Rajma

Direction In English

Fry cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and bay leaves in oil at medium flame. After 1 minute, reduce the heat and add onion in it. When the onion turns light brown, add tomatoes in it.
Now add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and red beans. Now add some water in it to create gravy. When the beans tender, garnish Rajma with coriander.

Daar cheni, kali mirhc, laung aur taiz pattay ko darmiyani anch py oil mai fry kar lain. Aik minute baad anch halki kar dain aur pyaz shamil kar k halka brown kar lain. Ohir es mai tamatar shamil karain. Ab adrak lehson paste, lal mirch, namak aur lal lobia shamil kar k pani daal lain taa k gravy ban jaye. Jab Rajma gal jaye tou dhaniya sy saja lain.
