Ingredients for Qeema Pulao

Rice 1/2 kg
Minced meat 1/4 kg
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Green chilies
Curd 1/2 cup
Onions 2
Lime juice
Mint leaves

Chawal 1/2 kg
Qeema 1/4 kg
Kala zeera 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya patay 1/4 cup
Adrak lehson paste 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Hari mirch
Dahi  1/2 cup
Pyaz 2
Limo ka juice
Cooking Methods of Qeema Pulao
Direction In English
Add black cumin, ginger, salt and chili powder in minced meat. Grind well. Now add half spoon all spice powder in oil and fry onion in it. Then add chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and all spices in it. Add some water in it and fry for some time.
Now add yogurt in it and cook for few more minutes, then water 2 glass water in it and add minced meat in it. Cook well and when water dries, remove from stove. Now take some water and add salt and all spice powder in it. Boil rice in this water and when they are near to boil, strain them.
Now take a dish and make layers of rice and minced meat masala one by one. Sprinkle mint leaves, coriander leaves and lemon wedges over it.
Keep it on low flame for 10 minutes and when the Qeema Pulao is ready, serve with sauce.

Kala zeera, adrak, namak aur lal mirch powder mix kar k us mai qeema shamil kar lain. Achi tarha mix kar lain. Oil mai adha spoon garam masala daal k us mai pyaz fry kar lain. Ab us mail al mirch, adrak lehson paste, namak, haldi powder aur garam masala shamil kar k thora pani shamil kar lain aur 5 minute tak fry karain. Phir dahi daal k thori deyr mazeed fry karain. Phir 2 glass pani daal k qeema shamil kar lain. Jab qeema pak jaye aur pani khusk ho jaye tou aag sy utar lain. Ab alag sy pani ly k us mai namak aur thora sa garam masala shamil kar lain aur us mai chawal ko ubaal lain. Jab chawal tyar honay k qareeb hon tou utar lain.
Ab dish mai chawal aur qeemay masalay ki layers bana k us py podina, dhaniya patay, aur limo ki phankain daal lain. Dhak k halki anch py 10 minute tak paka lain. Phir chatni k sath peysh karain.
