Beef undercut piece 1 1/2 kg
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger/ garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Oil
Salt
Pomegranate juice 1/4 cup
In Roman Urdu
Barha gosht 1 1/2 kg
Limo ka juice 1/2 cup
sirka 1/4 cup
Kali mirch 1 tbsp
Lal mirch powder 1 tbsp
Adrak lehson paste
Zeera 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Namak 1/2 tsp
Anar ka juice 1/4 cup
Cooking Method of Qandhari Beef Roast
Direction In English
Mix vinegar, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, oil and spices and paste them on beef. Leave the beef for 1 day in fridge.
Now heat up a pan and put the beef in it with spices and let it cook at low flame for 4 hours.
Sprinkle the pomegranate juice over it.
When the meat tenders, serve with salad.

Gosht ko sara masala mix kar k laga lain aur 24 ghantay k liye fridge mai rakh dain.
Pan mai gosht aur masala daal k halki anch py pakayain aur upper anar ka juice daal dain. 2-3 ghantay tak pakayain.
Jab Qandhari Beef Roast naram ho jaye tou utar lain aur salad k sath peysh karain.
