Ingredients for peri peri sauce

4 chili peppers, cleaned and finely chopped
juice of one Lemon
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander, (optional)
1 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
In Roman Urdu
4 mirchain, dhuli hui aur chop ki hui
ak lemo ka ras
3 lahsan k juway, pisay huay
1 tbsp kata hua taza dhaniya, (optional)
1 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp of zaitoon ka tail
1 tsp namak
Cooking Methods

Grind and mix all ingredients to a fine paste. Cook in a hot frying-pan for a few minutes. Store peri peri sauce in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator.
