1 Kg. Spinach
Salt
2 black cardamom
? tsp. cumin seeds
3-4 green chilies
1 small of ginger sliced
6-8 whole black pepper
3-4 cloves
? tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chili powder
4-6 tbs. oil
1 tsp. ginger paste
? tsp. garlic paste
2 tomato-chopped
2 tbs. corn flour
In Roman Urdu
1 kilo gosht
1 kg palak
Namak
2 kali ilaichi
1/4 tsp zeera
3-4 hari mirchain
1 adrak kat lain
6-8 sabat kali mrich
3-4 laung
? tsp. haldi powder
1 tsp. lal mirch powder
4-6 tbs. oil
1 tsp. lehson paste
? tsp. adrak paste
2 tamatar
2 tbs. corn flour
Cooking Method of Palak GoshtChicken
Direction In English
Steam the spinach and grind.
Fry the onion in the oil. Mix ingredients together and add to the pot and cook till water dries.
Add the chicken/meat and cook again to let the water dry. Add 3-4 glasses of water cover and leave to cook.
When chicken/meat is near to cook, add mashed spinach and flour. Cook well to dry the water.
Sprinkle fresh chopped green chilies. Serve Palak GoshtChicken with naan.

Palak ko steam mai paka k grind kar lain. Oil mai pyaz fry kar lain. Sarey masalay ko mix kar k handi mai daallain aur tamatar k galnay tak pakayain.Ab es mai chicken/gosht shamil kar k 3 glass pani daal k cover kar dain aur khusk honay tak pakayain. Jak chicken/gosht paknay k qareeb ho tou us mai palak daal lain aur atta b shamil kar lain. aur jab tak pani khusk na ho jaye tab tak pakatay rahain. Hari mirch sy saja k peysh karain.
