Cooking Methods for Mutton Pulao
Direction In English
Mix spices, ginger, garlic, onion and salt together. Then add meat in it and pour enough water in it to cook it. Boil at medium heat. When the meat tender, remove from stove. Strain meat.
Now boil the rice separately in meat stock. When the rice are near to tender, add meat in it and cook at low flame. Serve Mutton Pulao with sauce.
