Lal mirch kuti hoi 1 tola
Pyaz 250 gm
Namak haz-be-zarurat
Kala zeera 6 mashay

Cooking Methods of Mughlai Tikka

Direction In English

Add poppy seeds, fig, red pepper, and coriander in oil and apply on meat.
Wrap on skewer and when the coals get red, put the skewer on it.
Keep applying oil with cotton over the meat.
When they become red, they are ready to serve.
Serve with salad and sauce.

Injeer, khush khas, lal mirch, dhania, aur ghee ko gosht py laga k gosht ko sekh py laga dain.
Koila jala k sekhon ko un py rakh dain aur roi k sath un py ghee lagatay rahain.
Jab tikkay red ho jayain tou utar lain.
Sekh sy nikal k plate mai rakh dain aur salad, tamatar aur pyaz k sath khayain.
