3 cups Radish
1 cup Cilantro
6 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger
Oil

2 cups atta
3 cups moli
1 cup dhaniya
6 hari mirch
1 tbsp adrak
Oil

Cooking Methods for Mooli paratha

Mix all the ingredients and make dough.
Make ball of dough and make chapatti shape.
Heat the tava and make paratha. When one side is done, turn the side. Apply oil over it.
Cook till it turns golden brown.
Serve Mooli paratha with sauce and salad.
