Cut fenugreek and mix it with flour, turmeric powder, salt and red chili. Then add oil and ginger garlic paste in it. Knead the dough. Now make balls of this dough and roll it in shape of paratha. Fry them all over griddle and serve Methi Paratha with sauce.
