2 cups Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp red Chilies powder
1 / 2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 / 2 tsp Garlic paste
1 / 2 tsp Ginger paste

2 cups methi
1 tsp lal mirch powder
1 / 2 tsp haldi powder
1 / 2 tsp lehson paste
1 / 2 tsp adrak paste

Cut fenugreek and mix it with flour, turmeric powder, salt and red chili. Then add oil and ginger garlic paste in it. Knead the dough. Now make balls of this dough and roll it in shape of paratha. Fry them all over griddle and serve Methi Paratha with sauce.

Methi ko kat k us mai maida, haldi, namak aur lal mirch shamil kar lain. Us mai oil aur adrak lehson paste b shamil kar lain aur gondh lain. Phir perhay bana k parathay bail lain. Oil mai fry kar k chatni k sath peysh karain.
