Cooking Method of Meat Load with Potato Crust
Direction In English
Fry mince beef in onion and garlic with oil.
Add salt, red chilies, water and curry powder in it.
Make the flame low.
Add spring in beaten egg and bread crumbs. Now mix beef mixture in it.
Bake the mixture in oven for half hour, at 180 degree.
Add topping ingredients in masked boiled potatoes.
Decorate the beef mixture with potato mixture and bake for 15 more minutes.
Serve Meat Load with Potato Crust with salad.
