Ingredients for Meat Lasagne

Mozzarella cheese 1 l packet
Mince meat 1 kg
White flour 2 tbsp

Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Milk 1 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp

Taza malai 1/2 cup
Tamatar paste 1 cup

Cooking Method of Meat Lasagne

Boil lasagne with salt. Strain it and keep in cold water. Strain again.
Fry onion in oil. Add mince meat, pepper, salt and spices and cook till water dries.
Oil a dish and put a layer of lasagne, mince, tomato paste, and pour white sauce and some grated cheese.
Upper layer should be of lasagna. Sprinkle grated cheese on it.
Preheat oven and bake till 25 minutes. Pour cream and grill for 10 minutes. Serve Meat Lasagne hot after garnishing.
