Cut bitter gourd and apply salt and turmeric over it and leave for 30 minutes. Then wash it well. Fry 4 onion in oil and when the color changes to light brown, add chili powder. Turmeric powder, onion seed, salt and ginger garlic paste in it. Fry for 2 minutes and remove from stove. Fill this mixture in bitter gourd and roll thread over it. Fry them in frying pan. Then dip these in remaining spices. Add salt, curry leaves and green chilies, cook for 10 minutes and serve Masala Bharay Karelay with paratha.
