Cooking Method of Masala Bharay Karelay

Cut bitter gourd and apply salt and turmeric over it and leave for 30 minutes. Then wash it well. Fry 4 onion in oil and when the color changes to light brown, add chili powder. Turmeric powder, onion seed, salt and ginger garlic paste in it. Fry for 2 minutes and remove from stove. Fill this mixture in bitter gourd and roll thread over it. Fry them in frying pan. Then dip these in remaining spices. Add salt, curry leaves and green chilies, cook for 10 minutes and serve Masala Bharay Karelay with paratha.

Kareloun ko kaat k namak aur haldi laga k 30 minute k liye rakh dain. Phir achi tarha dho lain. 4 pyaz ko oil mai halka fry kar k us mail al mirch, haldi, kalonji, namak aur adrak lehson ka paste shamil kar dain. 2 minute fry karny k baad utar laina u res masalay ko kareloun mai bhar lain. Dhagay sy kareloun ko band kar dain. Ab en ko fry kar k baqi masalay mai daal lain aur hari mirch, curry pattay aur namak shamil kar k 10 minute k liye paka lain aur naan k sath peysh karain.

  1. Assalam o alekum , i would like to take this opportunity to thank you for posting this yummy recipe. I tried yesterday and it turned out very testy. Karela is a very bitter taste veggie but with this recipe without using termerind it turned out yummy. I served it with mong masoor daal. Thanks and Regards.
