Cooking Method of Loki Aur Qeema
Direction In English
Chop onion and mix it in minced meat. Boil them well. Then fry remaining onion in oil and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili and fry well. Now add loki in it and cook for some time. Mix minced meat in it and cook for 5 more minutes.
Now add salt, tomatoes, black pepper, coriander, cumin and ginger in it. When it get prepared, sprinkle green chili, coriander and mint over Loki Aur Qeema. Serve Loki Aur Qeema with rice.

Pyaz ko kat k us ko qeema mai shamil kar lain aur boil kar lain. Baqi ka pyaz fry kar k us mai adrak lehson k apaste, haldi aur lal mirch shamil kar k bhon lain. Phir es mai loki daal k 5 minute tak paka lain aur qeema shamil kar k mazeed 5 minute tak pakayain. Ab es mai namak, tamatar, kali mirch, dhaniya, zeera aur adrak shamil kar lain. Jab khana pak jaye tou us mai hari mirch, taza dhaniya aur podina shamil kar k chawal k sath peysh karain.
