Ingredients for Lab e Shireen

Milk 1 liter
Cream 1 pack
Sugar 3/4 cup
Corn Flour 3-4 tblsp
Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
Strawberry Jelly 1 pack
Almond and pistachio 4 tblsp, Chopped
In Roman Urdu
Doodh 1 liter
Cream 1 pack
Cheeni 3/4 cup
Corn Flour 3-4 tblsp
Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
Strawberry Jelly 1 pack
pista aur badam 4 tblsp, Chopped
Cooking Methods
Direction In English
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions written on the pack and cool down it. Boil milk and add sugar. Dissolve corn flour in some cold milk. Add this in boiling milk. Stir continuously until it becomes thick. Remove from flame. Let it to get cool and then add cream and mix well. Drain syrup of cocktail and add fruits in milk. Place it in refrigerator.  Before serving lab e shireen mix in jelly cubes and nuts.

Corn flour ko thanday doodh mai hal krain aur ubltay huay doodh main dalain. Garha honay pr Cholha band kr dain. Thanda kr k is main cream shamil krain. Cocktail ka syrup nikal lain aur fruits ko doodh k mixture main shamil krain. Thnda honay k liye rakh dain. Lab e shireen ko paish krnay sai pehlay jelly k cubes aur nuts shamil kr k mix kr lain.
