Khush khas 1 tbsp
Coconut khushk 2 tbsp
Pyaz 2
Adrak taza 2 inch
Badaam pisay huye 10 piece
Daar cheni 2 sticks
Sabz ilaichi 5 piece
Kali ilachi 2
Long 4
Mirch powder 1 1/2 tsp
Dahi 150 ml
Oil
Saunf 2 tbsp
Cooking Methods of Kashimiri Raan
Direction In English
Soak coconut and poppy seeds in warm water.
Then mix them with all other spices and grind them.
Paste this gravy over meat and cover it.
Mix yogurt in cinnamon and aniseed.
Now paste it over lamb.
Now roast It for 2 hours in oven at 170 degree.
Then put it in dish and serve Kashimiri Raan with salad.

Dish mai daal k chatni k sath peysh karain.
