Cooking Method of Kaleji Tikka

Mix red pepper and salt in garlic and ginger paste. Mix yogurt in it and blend well.
Paste this mixture over liver pieces and leave for 2 hours.
Wrap these pieces on skewer and roast them over fire.
When they get cooked, serve with sauce.
