Ingredients for Kaddu Roti

Pumpkin 1/4 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Cumin 1 tsp
Onion 2 chopped
Oil 2 spn

Kali mirch 1 tsp
haldi 1/2 tsp
namak
zeera 1 tsp
pyaz 2 bareek kaat lain
Oil 2 spn
Cooking Method of Kaddu Roti
Direction In English
Heat the oil and add cumin and black pepper into it.
Add onion into it and fry it.
Now add pumpkin, salt and turmeric in it.
Cover it with a lid and cook on medium heat.
After 5 minutes, check the pumpkin. If they are cooked, turn off the stove and serve the pumpkin with salad.

Ab es mai pyaz shamil kar k achi tarha fry kar lain.
Ab es mai kaddu, namak, aur haldi shamil kar lain.
Handi ko dhak k halki anch py paka lain.
5 mint baad agar kaddu gal jayain tou salad k sath peish karain.
