Ingredients for Ice Cream Cake

Fine flour 1 1/2 cupSugar 1 cup
Eggs 4
Butter 150 grams
Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp
For Topping:
Vanilla Ice cream 1 liter
Chocolate Syrup As required

Maida 1 1/2 cupCheeni 1 cup

Makhan 150 grams
Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp

Cooking Method of Ice Cream Cake

Heat the oven at 180 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar very well with electric beater until it gets light and fluffy. Add melted butter and beat again. Stiff together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.  Add in the beaten eggs, spoon by spoon. Mix with the help of a wooden spoon. Grease the molder. Add the mixture in it. Bake for 30 minutes. When baked take out of the molder and cool down it. Cut the cake from center horizontally. Spread the ice cream on one slice and place the other slice on it. Top with Chocolate syrup. Serve Ice Cream Cake cold.

Maida, cocoa powder aur baking powder ko ak sath chaan lain. Thora thora kr k anday k mixture mai dalain. Lakri k chamch sai mix krain. Grease kiye huay sanchay mai daal kr 30 minutes k liye bake krain. Jb bake ho jaye tou nikal kr thanda kr lain. Darmiyan sai adha kaat lain. Ak slice pr 1 inch ki ice cream ki teh lgain. Is pr dosra slice rakh dain. Chocolate syrup upr daal kr Ice Cream Cake ko serve krain.
