Ingredients for Hyderabadi Tala Hua Gosht

1/2 kg boneless meat small cubes
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp oil
Mint leaves
Salt

Hadi k bina gosht 1/2 kilo
Adrak lehson ka paste
Lal mirch powder
Haldi 1 spn
Oil 4 spn
Posina

Cooking Method of Hyderabadi Tala Hua Gosht

Mix all ingredients with the meat and marinate for two hours.
Fry the meat at high flame in oil.
Sprinkle little water and cook on a low flame till the meat is tender.
Garnish with mint leaves

Sarey ajza ko mix kar k gosht py laga lain aur 2 ghnaty k liye rakh dain.
Oil ko garam kar k tain anch py gosht kop aka lain.
Thora sa pani chirak k halki anch py pakayain. Jab pani khsuk ho jaye tou podina k pattay daal k peysh karain.
