Cooking Method of Hot and Sour Soup
Direction In English
Fry chicken in oil and remove from the stove.
Add green chili and cabbage in a fry pan and fry them well.
Now mix sugar, ketchup, salt, white pepper, chili sauce, soya sauce, and chicken stock and boil them together.
Add fried chicken in it. Beat the egg and pour in the soup slowly to form threads.
Mix water in corn flour and add in soup to make it thick.
Serve Hot and Sour Soup with vinegar and soya sauce.
