Ingredients for Honey Yogurt Ice Cream

Milk 1 liter
Yogurt 1.5 kg
Honey 1/4 kg
Vanilla essence 2 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 kg

Doodh 1 liter
Dahi 1.5 kg
Shehad 1/4 kg
Vanilla essence 2 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Cheni 1/4 kg
Cooking Method of Honey Yogurt Ice Cream
Direction In English
Add milk and sugar in a pan and boil it. Then mix corn flour in water and mix it in boiled milk. When the milk will thicken, remove from stove and let it cool. Take the yogurt and drain its water. Then add vanilla essence in it and add this mixture in milk. Mix them well. Now put this mixture in freezer for 5-6 hours. Then take out the mixture and after blending, put again in freezer for 5 hours. Add honey in Honey Yogurt Ice Cream then and before serving, chill it again.

Doodh mai cheni daal k ubaal lain aur phir corn flour ko thoray sy pani mai mix kar k ublay huye doodh mai daal lain. Jab doodh garha ho jaye tou aag sy utar kar thanda kar lain. ab dahi ly k us ka pani alag kar lain aur garhay dahi mai vanilla essence daal k mix kar lain aur phir es ko ublay huye doodh mai daal kar achi tarha mix kar lain aur 5-6 ghantay k liye freezer mai rakh dain. Phir nikaal kar mix karain aur dobara freezer mai rakh lain. Phir Honey Yogurt Ice Cream main shehad daal lain aur peysh karny sy phele achi tarha thanda kar lain.
