Curd 1/4 cup
Ginger & Garlic 1 tsp

All Spice 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Pyaz 1
Adrak lehson ka paste

Mirch powder 2 spn
Haldi 1/4 spn
Dahi 1/4 cup

Garam masala 1/2 spn

Cooking Method of Handi Gosht
Direction In English
Fry chopped onion in oil.
Add masala and meat in it and fry well. Now add curd, 2 cup of water and heat again.
Add flour and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Serve Handi Gosht.

Oil mai pyaz ko fry kar lain.
Jab brown ho jaye tou us mai masala gosht daal k fry kar lain aur dahi b daal lain.
2 cup pani daal l dhak dain. Phir atta daal l halki anch py 20 mint tak pakayain.
