Mixed yellow,green,red lentil 1 cup 250 gms whole wheat
750 gms mutton or lamb meat Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Cloves 8
Cardamoms 8
Black pepper corns 10
Green chilies 10
Cinnamon 6 sticks
Oil 5 tbsp
Onions 1/2 kg

Sabz. Lal aur peeli daal 1 cup
gandum 1 pao
Gosht 3/4 kg
Adrak lehson ka paste 2 spn
Garam masala powder 1son
Lal mirch powder 2 spn
Kali mirch
Hari mirch
Daal cheni

Cooking Method of Haleem
Direction In English
Soak wheat overnight.
Boil wheat with the lentils till thick and cooked.
Fry onion in oil. And add red chili powder first and all other spices and salt.
Add meat in it and brown.
Add quarter of the onions to the meat.
Add water and let it cook till tender.
Add the wheat mixture in meat, cook at medium heat till the mixture boils.
Sprinkle with the rest of the onions, Coriander, mint leaves and all spice powder.
Serve Haleem with lemon and naan.
