Potatoes diced
Coriander 1 tsp
Cumin 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves
Ginger Garlic paste 4 tsp
Mustard oil 3 spoon
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt
Sesame 2 tsp
Tamarind 50 gm
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
In Roman Urdu
Hari mirch 1/4 kg
Aaloo
Dhaniya 1 tsp
Zeera 1/2 spoon
Curry pattay
Adrak lehson paste 4 tsp
Sarsoun ka tail 3 spoon
Lal mirch powder 2 tsp
Namak
Til  2 tsp
Imli 50 gm
Haldi powder 1 tsp
Cooking Method of Green Chilies curry
Direction In English
Seedless the chilies.
Fry potatoes in oil until it turn brown. Now add green chilies in it and then ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, and curry leaves and mix well. Now add cumin, sesame and coriander in it.
Add green chilies in water and cook for 5 minutes. Then add potatoes in it. Now mix tamarind juice in it and when the gravy thickens, garnish with deseed chilies and serve Green Chilies curry with naan.

Oil mai aaloo fry kar k us mai hari mirch, adrak lehosn paste, lal mirch, haldi aur curry pattay daal lain. Ab es mai zeera, til aur dhaniya b shamil kar lain.  Hari mirch ko pani mai daal k 5 minute k liye paka lain. Ab es mai aaloo shamil kar lain. Phir imli ka juice daal k jad gravy ban jaye tou bina beej h hari mirch sy saja k naan k sath peysh karain.
