Cooking Method of Gola Kabab

Direction In English

Put 1/2 kg mince & fried onion in chopper and Chop well. After this add 2 tsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp Yogurt, 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder and Salt to taste. Now make round or oval balls and fry in hot oil or grill over burning coals. Serve with sauces.

Chopper mai 1/2 kg qeema aur talay huye pyaz dalain. Achi tarhan katain aur masalay daal dain. 1tbsp dahi, 1 tbsp adrak lehson ki paste, 2 tsp red mirch, 1/2 tsp daar cheni powder aur Namak haz-be-zarurat shamil karain. Ab unko gol ball ki shakal dy dain aur jaltay koilay py pakayain. Chatni k sath peysh karain.
