Ingredients for Gobhi Gosht

Mutton boiled 1/2 kg
Onion paste 2
Tomatoes choppes 3
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 1.5 tsp
Corriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 6
cauliflower1 kg
All spice powder 1.5 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
In Roman Urdu
Gosht ubla hua 1/2 kg
2 Pyaz ki paste
3 tamatar katay huye
Adrak lehson ka paste 2 tsp
namak 1 tsp
lal mirch 1.5 tsp
dhania powder 2 tsp
haldi 1/2 tsp
hari mirch bareek kati hoi 6
Gobhi 1 kg
Garam masala 1.5 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Cooking Method of Gobhi Gosht
Direction In English
At first saute fry onion paste in oil.
Then add meat and other spices in it.
Fry them for a while.
Now add tomatoes and water.
Cook them till meat gets tender.
After this add cauliflower and cook them for sometime.
Now add ginger, green chillies, and mint.
Cover the lid and cook on low heat for few minutes. Serve Gobhi Gosht with chapati.
