Cooking Method of Ginger Lamb Chops
Direction In English
Mix all the ingredients including ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
Marinate chops in it and leave for 5 hours.
Beat the cream and add cumin powder, all spices and red chili. Then add lemon juice.
Paste the gravy on chops and leave for 1 hour.
Then cook in oven for 10 minutes.
Wrap the chops on skewer then and roast for 15 minutes.
Paste butter on it time to time. When it get cooked, serve Ginger Lamb Chops with sauce.
