Ingredients for Gajar Matar

Tomatoes  3
Carrot 4
Green chillies  4
Oil 1/4 cup
Peas 1-1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

3 tamatar katay huye
4 ublay hoi gajar
4 hari mirch
Oil 1/4 cup
Matar 1-1/2 cup
zeera 1 tsp
adrak lehson ka paste 1 tsp

Cooking Method of Gajar Matar
Direction In English
Heat oil, add cumin seeds with onion,  fry till light golden.
Then add ginger garlic paste with tomatoes.
Fry well for 10 minutes with 1/4 cup water.
Then add salt and peas, cook cover for 10 minutes.
Add carrot and cook on low flame till oil comes on top.
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies then serve Gajar Matar.

Oil garam kar k us mai zeera aur pyaz fry kar lain.
Ab es mai adrak lehson ka paste aur tamatar daal lain.1/4 cup pani daal k achi tarha 10 mint tak fry kar lain.
Ab namak aur matar daal k mazeed 10 mint tak paka lain.
Ab es mai gajar shamil kar lain aur halki anch py rakh dain jab tak k oil upper na aa jaye.
Dhaniya sy saja k hari mirch k sath peysh karain.
