Sirka 1 cup
Namak
Kali mirch 1 tsp
Safaid zeera 1 tbs
Limo 4

Cooking Method of Fried Beef Steaks
Direction In English
Mix all the spices and marinate the roast.
Apply oil over it and cover with a lid.
Put water in a pan and place the roast in it.
Let the roast tender till the water dries.
Make slices of roast.
And fry them in oil.
Serve Fried Beef Steaks with lemon juice when they turns red.
