Cooking Method of Fish Tikka

Apply vinegar on fish to remove the smell. Leave it for some time. Then mix the spices together and marinate fish in it. Leave the fish for 2 hours so that fish can absorb the spices. Then take the skewer and skew the fish slices on it. Cook over coal. Keep applying the lemon juice and oil over it. when the fish get cooked enough, serve with sauce.

Phir machli ko seekh py laga k koila jala k paka lain aur sath sath limo aur oil lagatay rahain. Jab machli tyar ho jaye tou chatni k sath peysh karain.
