Cooking Methods of Fish Pulao
Direction In English
TFry onion in oil and then add all spice powder, and tomatoes and make sauce of it. Then add fish pieces in it and cook on low flame.
Fry some onion in oil and then add 1 spoon already prepared masala in it. Then add turmeric powder and water in it. Add tomatoes in it and fry well. Now add rice in it and boil them by adding water in it.
When prepared, make layers of rice and masala mixture one by one and then cook on very low flame and garnish with nuts and mint leaves.

Alag sy oil lyk us mai thora pyaz fry kar lain. Phir us mai phele sy tyar kiya hua masala 1 spoon daal k us mai haldi powder shamil kar lain aur pani daal lain. Phir tamatar dala k fry kar lain aur pani daal k chawal ubaal lain.
Jab chawal tyar ho jayain tou chawal aur masalay k layers bana lain aur halki anch py paka k saja k peysh karain.
