Cooking Method of Egg Soup

Mix chicken and mushroom in a bowl and fry in oil for few minutes. Then add chicken stock in it and let it boil. Then add chopped spring onion in it. Beat the eggs and pour then in soup from height and stir the soup continuously while adding the egg. Serve Egg Soup with soya sauce and vinegar.

Chicken aur mushroom ko mix kar k oil mai fry kar kar lain. Ohir us mai yakhni shamil kar k ubalny dain. Chop ki hoi hari pyaz shamil kar lain. Phir anda phaint k soup mai ahista ahista shamil karain aur musalsal chamach hilatay rahain. Jab soup garha ho jaye tou soya sauce aur sirkey k sath peysh karain.
