Dahi 1/2 kg

Cooking Method of Dhuwan Dahi Gosht
Direction In English
Mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and all spices and then add green chilies in it. Make a paste of all these spices and paste on mutton for marinate and leave for an hour.
Fry the onion in oil till it gets brown.
Add tomato and ginger garlic paste in it.
When the get mixed well, add coriander powder, cumin powder and mint leaves and fry well so that it leaves the oil.
Now add the marinated mutton in it and cook till it gets ready.
Serve with sauce, salad and naan.
