Yogurt 1 cup

Cooking Method of Dhuan Gosht
Direction In English
Fry the onion in a pan. Add beef and fry till the color changes. Add all spices and tomato and mix it well. add 2-3 glass water. When the beef softens, fry it until it leaves oil. Slow the heat and cut spring onion in circle shape on gravy. Pour yogurt on onion and in the middle of the gravy. sprinkle chopped green chilli and coriander. Put a heated coal on it and add few drops of oil and close the pan tightly. dhuan ghost is ready. serve it with nan.

Pyaz oil mai fry kar k us mai gosht daal k tal lain. sarey masalay aur tamatar daal k mix kar lain. 2 sy 3 glass pani daal k paka lain aur jab gosht gal jaye tou halki anch kar lain. hari pyaz kat k daal lain. ab pyaz mai dahi daal k gravy mai hari mirch aur hara dhaniya shamil kar lain. Koila darmiyan mai rakh k kuch drops oil k dalain aur pan ko dhak dain. Dhuan gosht tyar. Naan k sath Dhuan Gosht peysh karain.
