All spice 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp

Chanay ki daal 1 cup
Gosht
Pyaz 2
Tamatar  2
Hari mirch 4
Dahi 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Cheni 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Lal mirch powder 2 tsp
Adrak lehson paste 2 tsp
Dhaniya pattay 4 tbsp

Cooking Methods of Daal Channa Gosht
Direction In English
Cook the gram lentil and fry mutton in oil. Fry ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, onion, tomato and all spice powder. Add sugar and yogurt then.  Add 2 cup water and let the meat cook.
Now add boiled grams in it, fry well for 5 minutes. Garnish with green chili and coriander and serve with rice.

Daal ko ubaal lain aur gosht ko oil mai fry kar lain. ab adrak lehson haldi namak lal mirch pyaz tamatar aur garam masala fry kar lain. us mai cheni aur dahi daal lain. phir 2 cup pani daal k gosht ko paka lain. ab chanay shamil kar laina ur 5 minute tak paka lain. hari mirch aur dhaniya sy saja kar peysh karain.
