Cooking Method of Crispy Chicken Broast

Add water in a pan and then add salt, ginger garlic paste, baking powder and green chili paste in it. Then add chicken in it and let it marinate for 5 hours. Then take it out of water.
Mix corn flour, salt, flour and white pepper and coat this mixture over chicken. Fry the chicken well and when its color changes, serve it with sauce.

Pan mai pani daal k us mai namak, adrak lehson ka paste, baking powder ayr hari mirch ka paste shamil karain. Ab es mai chicken ko 5 ghantay k liye rakh dain. Phir chciekn ko nikal lain.
Corn flour, maida, safaid mirch aur namak ko mix kar k chicken py achi tarha laga k fry kar lain aur jab chicken tyar ho jaye tou chatni k sath peysh karain.
