Cooking Method of Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Mix soup, water and black pepper. Place chicken, carrot and potato slices in cooker and pour the soup over it. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 hours at low flame. Then mix baking powder and milk and pour it slowly over chicken. Then cook at high flame for 30 minutes and serve Cooker Chicken and Dumplings with sauce.
