For sponge cake:
Fine Flour 2-1/2 cup
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Eggs 4
Cooking Chocolate 75 grams
Caster Sugar 2 cup
Cream 1 cup
Boiled Water 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1-1/2 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup(100 grams)
For Chocolate Fudge:
Cooking Chocolate 100 grams
Butter 1/2 cup
Caster Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
In Roman Urdu

Maida  2-1/2 cup
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Anday 4
Cooking Chocolate 75 grams
Pisi hui Cheeni 2 cup
Cream 1 cup
Pani (Ubla hua) 1 cup
Vanilla Essence 1-1/2 tsp
Makhan 1/2 cup(100 grams)

Cooking Chocolate 100 grams
Makhan 1/2 cup
Cheeni (pisi hui) 1 cup
Doodh 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
Cooking Methods of Chocolate Fudge Cake
Direction In English
Mix fine flour, baking powder and baking soda and set aside. Heat the chocolate in a double boiler until its melt. Beat very well eggs, sugar and butter with the help of electric beater until it gets fluffy. Add melted chocolate and vanilla essence and beat again. Now add flour mixture and cream and mix with a wooden spoon. When the mixture becomes smooth add hot water. Add in a greased moulder. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 40 minutes. When baked take out of the moulder and place at a cool place.
Chocolate Fudge:
Melt Chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Dissolve sugar in milk and vanilla essence. Add melted chocolate and beat. Place in freezer to get cool.
Cut the cake horizontally from center. Spread the Chocolate fudge on it. Place the upper layer of cake on it and spread the fudge again. Cover all sides of the cake and cool down it before serving.

Makhan, cheeni aur andon ko electric beater ki madad sai achi trha beat krain yahan tak k halka ho kr phool jaye. Is mai pighli hui chocolate aur vanilla essence shamil krain. Phir thora thora kr k maida aur cream shamil krain aur lakri k chamach sai mix krain. Narm sa mixture bn jaye tou garam pani shamil krain. Makhan lagy huay sanchay mai mixture ko dalain. Pehlay sai garam kiye huay oven mai 180 degrees pr  40 minute k liye bake krain. Bake ho jaye tou sanchay sai nikal kr thanda honay k liye rakh dain.

Chocolate aur makhan ko double boiler mai pighla lain. Cheeni ko doodh aur vanilla essence mai hal kr lain. Iss mai pighli hui chocolate shamil krain. Achi trha beat krain. Thanda honay k liye rakh dain.
Cake ko darmiyan sai kaat lain. Is per fudge ko phailain. Doosra hisa is k uper rakh kr fudge sai achi trha cover ker lain. Thanda kr k serve krain.
